Mix

• 40 % Ethanol
• 7 % Acetic Acid
• 0.1 % w/v Coomassi Brilliant Blue-R
• double-distilled water

Usage

1. Stain at room temperature for 1h or until overnight
2. De-stain for 30 min with Prbbbb: Coomassi Ethanol Destain
